What shipping methods are available?
Our standard shipping time is 3-9 business days.
How long will it take to get my package?
Orders placed before 1pm will be processed within 24-48 business hours for standard shipments. Orders placed on and after 1pm on Friday will be processed on following Monday.
Do you ship internationally?
We currently don’t ship internationally.
Do you have a minimum order requirement?
No, there is no minimum order requirement.

How do I place an order?
You can order via our online shop, the process is quick and simple.
Do I have to have an account to place an order?
No, you can place an order with us as a guest. If you setup an account with login & password, the order process is faster.
How can I cancel or change my order?
Once processed, you can not change or cancel your order as orders are promptly sent to our fulfilment centre.
Can I change my delivery address once I have placed an order?
Please email email@example.com at your earliest convenience - if the goods have not yet been processed then we will endeavor to change the address - if the order has already been processed then there isn’t an option to change the address.
How do I track my order?
You will receive an email after your order has been dispatched with a tracking number.

Where can I find information about your returns policy?
Please contact our customer service via email at email@example.com to assist you to return an order. We’ll happily offer you a refund if you return products in re-sale condition within 30 days. Return shipping costs are not covered in the refund. If the return is due to our error, we’ll gladly send you a corrected order.
